Administrators Academy-Performance Evaluation Reform Act (PERA)

This course will go into detail explaining how one district successfully navigated the decisions made at the local joint committee level to develop a teacher evaluation plan aligned to the PERA requirements. Another goal for the course will be to explain the student growth model the joint committee agreed upon for Sandoval Community Unit School District #501.
