SPEED Special Education Joint Agreement is a Cooperative of fifteen school districts that was formed to provide specialized instruction and related services to students with disabilities along with service, support and information to parents, the community, and fellow    educators.  To that end, SPEED develops and implements effective, evidence-based programs and services for students ages 3-21 with disabilities and exceptional professional development opportunities for educators in a cost-efficient manner. SPEED is governed by School Board Members representing each District and their superintendents.

SPEED provides specialized instruction, related services and customized supports to nearly 700 students throughout our member districts.  For an additional fee, these services are available to other area school districts as well.
