Devereux Refresher

 

This refresher will provide staff with safe and effective control procedures used as a last-resort in emergency crisis situations, designed to minimize the risk of injury and not cause pain. In addition to the physical procedures presented, the program emphasizes the importance of preventative strategies that reduce and eliminate the use of physical restraint.
