This session will guide Paraprofessionals in defining their role in creating a safer school and positive school climate for teaching and learning school-wide expectations: defining, teaching, modeling, acknowledging, and re-teaching of expected bahaviors. Participants will be shown examples of behavioral lesson plans, school side kick-off and booster schedules, and various mediums/differentiated samples.
